WatchMyTech is network monitoring for small businesses and managed service providers (MSPs). It watches the servers, printers, CCTV, internet connections and services your business relies on, and alerts you the moment one stops responding, by email, phone notification or Microsoft Teams.
Why we built it
Most monitoring tools are designed for large IT departments. They take time to set up, are priced per device and are full of features a small business will never use. We built WatchMyTech for everyone else: small offices, growing businesses and the IT providers who support them, who need to know straight away when something goes down, without needing a specialist to run the tool.
What we stand for
- Simple to set up. A lightweight Windows app from the Microsoft Store that's up and running in minutes, with no agents to install on every device and no SNMP to configure.
- Secure by design. The app only sends status data outwards. It never sends your network traffic, IP addresses or credentials, and two-factor authentication protects the app, the system login and the web portal.
- Hosted in the UK. Your monitoring data is stored in the UK.

Free tools for everyone
