By downloading or using WatchMyTech, you agree to these terms.
1. Licence WatchMyTech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on a single machine for your own business purposes.
2. Subscriptions Free accounts are provided as-is with limited features. Paid subscriptions (Monthly/Annual) unlock Pro features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. A Free trial version is a way for you to test WatchMyTech, with limited AI calls, but notifications and bandwidth tracking are fully available for the 7 days.
3. Cancellation & Refunds You may cancel at any time. On cancellation your account reverts to the Free tier. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, pro-rated — contact hello@watchmytech.com.
4. Data & Privacy WatchMyTech transmits limited telemetry (device up/down status, latency) to our servers. No IP addresses or personal device data are sent externally. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Acceptable Use You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute WatchMyTech or any part of it.
6. Liability WatchMyTech is provided as a monitoring aid only. We accept no liability for network outages, security breaches, or data loss.
7. Changes We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance.
