The only data that leaves your network — up/down status and latency — is held on servers operated by RECCEIT LTD, a UK-registered company. Your actual network data never leaves your machine, so nothing sensitive is stored off-site.

Each instance of WatchMyTech monitors up to 30 devices — enough to cover most small-business networks, including servers, workstations, printers, and network hardware. It also watches any service that listens on a port — SQL databases, CRM, ERP, web servers, mail, and your own line-of-business apps — so you're alerted the moment one stops responding, not just when a whole machine goes down. There are a few ways, so you can pick what suits the machine. On a normal Windows PC the simplest is the Microsoft Store — install straight from the WatchMyTech listing. For a server or anywhere without Store access, run the PowerShell one-liner, which fetches the signed installer, verifies it's genuinely ours, and opens the setup wizard — or just download the signed installer and run it yourself.
